You are very welcome. I just had to represent the Nook users!

It was a wild coincidence that I had just downloaded those cookbooks and then read about them on this forum.
BTW, I wasn't impressed with "Easy Weeknight Dinners: A Guide to Weeknight Dinners in Four Easy Steps" by Dennis Weaver. Here's the B&N link:
http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/easy...=9781304895127 This book is mainly a guide about
: 1.what to keep in your pantry to make cooking dinner easier at night, and 2. what to serve with the main meat course recipe in the book. I like a lot more variety in my eating and cooking. However, I have read good reviews for this cookbook from people who don't cook much and are overwhelmed thinking about cooking dinner. The author does plug some of his food products in the book, but you can find substitutions for many of the items if necessary. Hey, it's a free cookbook, so you can be your own judge of the book. Happy Reading! Joan
