I was hoping to buy a Tor title using a coupon at Kobo--they aren't normally couponable except through my account that's based in Norfolk Island. But when I go to checkout, the message "Sorry, but due to publisher restrictions this book is not available in your location" pops up. I've been playing around with different billing addresses on the old checkout screen but none of them that allow me to buy the book give a place for me to enter a coupon code--there's a space for a gift card code only. I think it's just something with this publisher, not a change across the board on the Kobo site.
