We have two seasons in the Washington DC area; August and Winter. And Winter is fast approaching.
My favorite DC Winter cartoon shows a couple in a car with DC license plates and the woman is saying to the man, "Oh look Harry, a snowflake. Quick, hit the brakes and skid into a ditch!"
