A couple of days ago I finished reading a book on my Kobo Touch. Last evening I picked up my Kobo to start a new book only to find out that, although my collections are there (which also shows the number of books in the relevant collections), my books aren't available. Inside the collection folder, it shows an block where the cover image would be with [Title] where the book title would be and [Title] where the author would be.

I checked my SD Card and the books where still on there so I fired up Calibre and it found my Kobo and was able to read, write and delete titles.

I did a factory reset, launched my kobo desktop to initiate and complete setup where it updated the firmware to 3.2.0.

I put my SD Card back in but now my Kobo doesn't seem to see the SD Card at all, although my computer and Calibre do.

Any ideas?

My girl is an N905 and is as pristine as the the day she was bought some years ago.
