Dhubai is part of the UAE, I've certainly never come across the term Dhubaiis. But yes to Quataris.
The country is now the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, although I think the people are often still known as Burmese. However, I have seen Myanmas used, which is close enough to your Myanmaris.
