I often produce one 9x12 PDF and another IPAD size. One advantage is the fact that the SVG title page fits perfectly for the two sizes. Before I had to calculate percentages of padding-top and made mistakes for one or another size. This is really very convenient for handling the two, three or four pages before the main text.
