Interesting. The Basic and Listener Light Plans have been eligible for previous offers of this type. Maybe they changed the eligibility or they don't have their act together. I'm betting on the latter. If you're not eligible for offers, you usually can't see them when you click on links to them. I don't have a paid plan and when I click the links to many of these offers, I get a page telling me I'm not eligible. That's why I ask for details, so I can post the pertinent info.
This offer is not on my home page, but it will let me open it and see the terms; although I don't get the counter. Calling Audible was fruitless. She kept answering my question about a change in policy with the answer to a question I didn't ask.
Like I said previously, consistency is not in Audible's game plan. Try calling again in a week. Maybe you'll have better luck with a different rep.
