AFAIK, only the very first edition, Duokan Lite 2011, had limited RTL support. The current version uses a different rendering engine that simply doesn't support RTL. I.e. there's nothing you can do about it.
K3 and higher support Arabic, but only in
AZW3 files; also you cannot embed Arabic fonts.
