Several emulators are available for the Kindles.
Some are specific to certain models of the Kindle only.

You will have to read about each of them to see if they support the features you are interested in.

Note:
DeSmuME presumes that a touch screen is available, and none of the devices you list have a touch screen.
Which means you are looking at some coding effort to port it to a Kindle.

no$gba, NES, Game&Watch: You will find a gnuboy port on this forum for some Kindle models.

etc: These may require some coding.
