So, there is an uberauthor who controls the Rule of Narrative Causality? An author who is above all other authors? One who's so awesome that we are not fit to even refer to him/her?
At this point I shall stop since this is going into Deep Thought territory and I'm not sure if the true nature of existence which resulted in the creation of the Rule Of Narrative Causality means that there are 42 authors to control the destiny of the everything.
