Request for find cursor action

Is it a possibility, Kovid, to return the cursor and highlight focus to the screen when finding?

My use case is a PDF which does not follow the capitalization of the original. ie William e. Shakespeare.

I have come up with a regex that will find them, but I have to click on the screen and highlight it to be able to use a macro to uppercase it.

Since I have innumerable of them to do, it would be nice if I could find, apply the macro, find......
