There was a bug in all the gtranslator.acx instances - missing comma.
AcXE itself was OK.
Now the ACXs should be fixed, sorry for any inconvenience.

Concerning appreg.db - yes, it seems all installed ACX leave a trace in this file and that can be frustrating when such ACX is missing or not working anymore.
Therefore I've added appreg.db cleanup code to AcXE uninstall bundle (from version 5).
When AcXE is uninstalled, it will remove any traces of translator or gtranslator from the tables inside appreg.db. Then you can try installing AcXE + desired ACXs again. Cleaning /system/acw/ could help as well.
