And did not the folder that the Calibre executables reside in change from "Calibre" to "Calibre2" at some stage since ver 1.12? I don't recall for sure though, so am open for correction on that

If so your PATH comment could be particularly relevant. Also there could be further confusion if both folders exist in Program Files and/or Program Files (x86) folders on C:.
