You can actually drag the category
itself between the Reader and Library software (either direction).
But since that only helps with moving the whole category, and with as much content as you're talking about, I'd second CharlieBrown's suggestion of looking into
Calibre -- it's a much more versatile system of managing books than the Sony software ever thought about being.
