That's a lot of companies nowadays. And they'll keep the slackers that goof off daily, but a real worker who happens to have had a bad time gets the boot.

I have a vacation to Disney World coming up that I had already paid for (hotel, food, airfare, etc.) long before getting layed off so even though I won't get unemployment for that week I'm going to go ahead and go on that and hopefully when I come back I can go back to my old job.
