You can use Word for it. Just search for a quote and replace by a quote. That will not be 100% though, but gives a good start. With some additional smart search and replaces you can fix the rest. Should take you approx. 3 minutes.
Also, sometimes ABBYY misses quote marks. That will leave you with broken dialogues. My add-in features a procedure to catch those as well.
