Thanks. Strange, I'd think that creators of a web app would know to google their proposed name before releasing their product. Quite apart from the trademark issue, they will have a lot of trouble with getting their website ranked high in search engine results.
I will send them an email pointing out the name conflict. Hopefully, they will do the smart thing and change their name.
