Let me put it this way, I have no doubt in my mind sometime in the future there will a third model of the paperwhite. This new model will include some advances over the second model. I will make my judgement about the value added by the second and third models of paperwhites to decide if I am going to order one. The speed increase offered by the second model was not enough to get me to go ahead and order, and the third model will need to build on the advangtages offered by the second model to make a compelling case for buying the new model. I will say that a light sensor would be an excellent addition to the paper whites, however adding the light sensor alone is not enough to get me to buy the new model. I would need atleast a 35% speed increase to make a compelling argument for me pulling loose my purse strings to buy a new model.
