@marceloindig - are you referring to the naming of the library folders & files ?

If so then that's because some of the operating/file systems that calibre runs on only permit USASCII characters in file and folder names - so author and book folder names and book format file names, within a calibre library, are limited to those characters.

However, ff you save a book, and if the target operating/file systems supports non-USASCII folder and file names, then what you have in the book metadata will be what you see in the saved folder and file names

If its something else, perhaps you could be more specific
