Kindle Touch:

Like:

Touchscreen
Cover view
Percent read indicator in lower right corner of book
Screensavers hack (on ad-free Kindles) with book cover mode
Text to speech (option, even though I usually don't use it)
Amazing integration with OverDrive. Possible to use Kindle (including library books) totally over WiFi, computer hookup only necessary for, um, "extra stuff".

Dislike:

Collections could use serious polish, especially ability to easily manage through calibre. Touch-compatible Kindle Collections plugin+Collections Manager is too much trouble once I had already got it set up.
