8" Onyx Boox is supposed to have 512 MB, that is 4 x Cybook's 128 MB, could pose a big difference for pdf handling, although a lot of it will be consumed by its 1600x1200 resolution i.e. about 2.5 x more pixels then Cybook's 1024x768.
