Unfortunately,
KindleUnpack doesn't fully support .mobi dictionaries. The tool can generate .html files from DRM-free dictionaries, but all inflections will be lost, which limits the usefulness of decompiled dictionaries.
You'd also have to reformat the file generated by KindleUnpack to the input format expected by the Pocketbook dictionary compiler.
