No, but you can still find the Kindle Touch new and refurbished from time to time. Currently Best Buy has the Kindle Touch 3G (new, with special offers) for $140. (At least they advertise it as new, you might want to confirm that it's not refurbished.)

Amazon is currently advertising both refurbished WiFi and 3G models, at $79 and $129 respectively (both models with Special Offers). The ad "says" that they come with 1 year warranties, but I would check to be sure.

Amazon advertises used WiFi and 3G models ranging from $45 to $80. They show a 1 year warranty, but I think that just may be the blurb for the new Touches, now that I realize these machines are sold by individuals, not Amazon. Same may go for the refurbished one, I don't know.
