You probably do not want to redo those already not in Mobi

Use the Search 'Luke'

Code:
formats:"=EPUB" and not formats:"=Mobi"
Select all (results)
Click convert (assumes Mobi is your top priority choice in behavior)

That is it. just sit there (wit a beverage) and watch the job wheel spin
