As another 'data point', I never had much use for collections prior to Cloud Collections, because they didn't sync between devices and were far too much work to maintain, and they just created 'clutter'. I like the changes, as I switch between devices frequently and it makes it super easy to do that. I just have a handful of collections so I can track what I'm currently reading, what I have not read, and what year I finish reading something. They work perfectly for my requirements.

The available fonts are plenty for me, and with the update, navigation is bliss. I'd like to see better typography (optional hyphenation, orphan control, consistent line spacing) but my expectations for that are pretty low (publishers aren't exactly leading the charge).

Software-wise the only major thing I'd like to see is better way to manage and export annotations. myclippings.txt and kindle.amazon.com are not at all adequate. What would be nice is an additional Home screen option to share or save or email annotations/highlights for a selected book.

I don't see myself getting another eink device, unless something breaks, or there's some major improvement with the technology (which seems unlikely). OTOH I mostly prefer to read on my PW1 because it is generally more pleasant to read on than the other devices I also use.
