I just figured this out yesterday! You have to click preferences, change behavior, plugins, go to filetype, D-DRM, click customize, B&N, then add key by clicking the plus sign at the right to add a key.
Give the new key a unique name, then your name in the box, the same way your account is at BN, then the credit card you use on the BN site.
Then you have to save, close Calibre, re-open, then import the book you want again, and it should work -- that's what worked for me.
