And, of course, Apple have to do this as not all In-app purchases covered, were made by kids using their parents ID to make the purchases (which is the reason for the settlement)... some (probably most) were made by users/players of the games making purchases for themselves and who knew what they were doing... the Amazon refunds are easily automated because they relate to any purchase of the relevant books...
