Just loaded it in the device and works ok. Everything i can see in the PC i can see on the Iliad.
I would suggest you print the pdf to 12x16cm. It will give you an idea of the text size.
Although it's readable on the screen the text is tiny. When the viewer can rotate the page to only show half the screen it will be a lot better for A4/Letter page PDFs
