Mine says it was issued March 11th, but I still have the total amount issued (and I know I've bought books between the 11th and today). I don't think it's been available for use since the 11th. I'd say it started today... regardless of the stated "issue" date.
No email (or credit appearing) from B&N for me yet. I've changed the email I use for my B&N account (months and months ago)... So I assume they'll try to send the digital coupon to the email address that
doesn't exist anymore?
