I've read the known ADE bugs sticky and the #3 cause doesn't exist in my case, and the workaround doesn't get rid of the problem. The padding or margin that ADE adds is about ten characters wide at the smallest font size and five charcters at the largest size in Desktop ADE 2.0 and 1.7.

Has any one else seen this problem and found a solution?

Is there a way to simulate a numbered list with a column of numbers on the left and corresponding boxes of justifed text to the right? If so, what would the html for it be?
