It's a star-charting program for amateur astronomers. I can't tell you its name, for fear of revealing my secret identity . Obviously it's gone though numerous releases since 1992, but there are still people running the original Windows 3 version of the program which they bought way back then! I'm quite proud of the fact that the version of the program released for Windows 95 still runs flawlessly almost 20 years later on Windows 8.1, despite being a pretty complex multi-threaded application.
