Hi there, I wonder if someone could help me with a Calibre problem please.
I have noticed that Calibre has removed the images from a book, obviously during the conversion process. I didnt know this was happening until I sent a book to someone else and they pointed out to me that my copy was missing images. This was a book I had just bought, and since I didnt know the images were supposed to be there, I didnt know they were missing.
When I bought the book, it had no cover or metadata so I added them and then converted the book from epub to epub to lock the cover and metadata into the file.
A little experimenting with the book shows me that the images remain intact in Calibre, until I convert the book and then they change to the ? symbol.

When the book is on my Nook, there is nothing at all where the design should be, just blank page.
Is there a setting in Calibre that I can change so that these images are kept please?
