My apologies if this problem has been raised already, but I have gone back several pages and can't find a reference to it.

After the previous upgrade back in February or whenever it was, I found that my Kobo Touch was not able to upload newly purchased books from Kobo. I contacted them and they suggested I needed to do a Factory Reset. So I did that and then the new books went on.

Now with the most recent upgrade, which did go onto the Touch when I connected it up, the most recent book purchase (I only buy them every now and then) once again would not upload. It just sits there suggesting it's making the connection, but nothing happens.

I'm getting a bit fed up with having to do a Factory Reset every time I want to get a new book on, so at this stage I am going to use the (ahem) copy on Calibre, which works without a problem.

Have others had this problem, and is there a fix for it, or is it just a problem with a 2.5 years old ereader?
