Did as you said and I got this result:

"library_usage_stats": {
"E:/Calibre Ipad Library": 281,
"E:/Calibre Kindle Library": 3,
"E:/Calibre Kobo Library": 67
},
Unfortunately these are the libraries I want to keep, it's the one's which don't exist (or should no longer exist) that I wanted to get rid of.

Never mind. Maybe I'll never get rid of those "libraries"! I'll just have to ignore them I guess! Many thanks for everyone's help!
