Steam Train Dream Train by Sherri Duskey Rinker and Tom Lichtenheld is $1.99 at B&N, Kobo and Amazon.

This is the same author/illustrator pair that did Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site (not on sale) and my four-year-old loves both of them. Be aware that device options are limited, though. The B&N edition only works on NOOK tablets or the iPad (NOT the PC or Android apps). The Amazon edition works on a wider range of devices, but only lists the Windows 8 app for the PC. And who knows with Kobo, but it's got an audio track, so it probably isn't available as an Adobe-DRM epub.
