Good morning, all! Bad air pollution this morning... the farmers are burning their fields all over the north, and I can't see more than 1/2 a kilometer! Time to bring out the filter masks! I'm drinking fresh mango juice this morning, rather than tea. Just for a change.
Mangoes are really cheap here, and the Fruit Lady downstairs sells ripe sweet or sour mangoes for about 5 large ones for a dollar. The sour ones are great dipped in a sugar and chili mix and eaten as a snack. The sweet ones we just eat or blend up for juice or lassi. Our last house here had two mango trees and a papaya tree in the yard. Then we moved into a condo and had to give up the free fruit.

I have recently discovered how yummy they are, but I have a hell of a time cutting them up! is there a method?

A class of Aberfeldy, tonight, and then to bed. Tomorrow is bound to be better.
