Hi all. I'm Junnier, and I'm a bit of a
verbomaniac. I'm currently studying sports development and exercise psychology with the aim to become a professional sports coach or athlete physiotherapist. When I'm not studying or working, I sometimes feel like I have too many hobbies and become overwhelmed by my choices -- but I always try to ensure that I get in at least an hour of leisure reading a day.
I don't necessarily have any genres that I like or dislike (with the exception of bizarro fiction, which I find offensive and absurd), preferring instead to approach plots that take my interest. Before I became an e-reader, I'd often choose books based on the attractiveness of their spines! Since I got my ereader about three years ago, I've found the amount I read increasing on a yearly basis. This year, I'm likely to crack fifty books, which is an enormous amount for a slow (and easily distracted) reader like me!
I've been thinking about getting a tablet for magazine subscriptions, newspapers, university readings and assessments / case studies in the past few months, but I'm not sure if it would become an excessive piece of gadgetry. If what I've seen lurking here is anything to go by, I'll end up being convinced to get one
just because, anyway!
