I'm trying to create a custom column which would indicate the books I have in my collection that were converted with the output profile option set to "Sony Reader", "Nook", and "Tablet", as I have a mixture.

But try as I might, I cannot figure out how to do this.

For futureproofing reasons, I've decided that in future all my EPUBs will be converted with the option set to "Tablet", despite my primary reader being the Nook STG, as I don't want to potentially end up with tiny images on future high resolution devices. I already read across different devices as it is, so this -seems- to make sense to me.
