Well, since the content of the PC version and the content of the Handheld version are different exactly how can you say it is only 6 collections in 2 formats. There are some overlaps in titles I am sure but they are not the same collections. They seem to have combined several independent products that are available at the web site. I think your version is more misleading than the one they have.
