Amazon offers a free monolingual Spanish dictionary, El Diccionario de la lengua espaņola (DRAE).
If it's not installed on your Kindle, you'll have to download it from your cloud.

Amazon also offers a limited number of bilingual Kindle dictionaries, for example, a Spanish-English dictionary by Collins.
