You can buy books marked as available in Canada by the publisher on the .com site. Which is probably a lot of the same titles as US customers get with a little variation. There are some authors with separate Canadian contracts or UK publishers that hold the Canadian rights so you might get a different edition with a different cover sometimes and the pricing for Canada might be different than elsewhere for the same title.

For example Kelley Armstrong is a Canadian author. She has sold her Canadian rights to Random House Canada, her US rights to Penguin (Plume) and her UK rights to Orbit (Little, Brown Book Group) so her books are put out in English by three separate publishers with different covers, marketing & pricing (the links above are to her book Bitten on all three sites).
