How could anyone not like VR and by extension, all dogs?

A friend of mine had a cat (a Blue Point) that would never do anything she wanted the cat to do. In fact, as she told the story, the cat would go out of its way to annoy her wreck havoc. (I should mention at theis stage that I am not a cat person.)

When I first visited her house the cat took one look at me and sat down by my right foot. It stayed with me the whole time I was there and followed all of my commands (combination of hand and verbal) like a well trained dog. She was amazed. When I wasn't there the cat reverted to its old self. When I was there it was the nicest animal in the world.
