I bought a 16gb Sandisk to use in my Glo, but although it works fine in every other device it won't work properly in the Glo. I've tried formatting it exfat, using SDformatter, etc. but nothing works. Sometimes the Glo recognises the card but then most of the books on it won't show up, other times it's not recognised at all.

I contacted Kobo and they emailed back to suggest that the card wasn't working. The card is working. Nothing wrong with the card.

Anybody have any idea if there is a way to format the SD to get it to work properly in the Glo?
