- You are pushed to use a windows cloud account to login while installing Windows 8. There are ways to avoid it but you have to know how. Not very privacy and user friendly
- You have to type in your email address and have a cloud account to use or update most of the Apps
- There is advertisement on the Windows 8 app dashboard
