@beebo-

1) When you converted your books originally in Calibre (I am assuming that you converted them and that you converted them to a mobi file) you likely had 'pdoc' in the Personal Doc Tag field (you will see this field under 'mobi output' in the conversion window. You will need to remove these books from your PW2 and then reconvert these books in Calibre, but when you do be sure to change that field to EBOK or even just leave the field blank. After this reconversion, the personal banner should be gone when you re-add them to your PW2. If you only have a PW now, you might consider converting these books and any new ones to a different format (such as AZW3)...there are pro's and con's to doing this so be sure to read up and ask questions.

Hint: You can change the Personal Doc Tag field to default to the new value for any new books you convert in the Preferences area of Calibre, however for any books you have already converted in Calibre you will need to manually change this setting in the conversion window.

2) I can't help you here as I don't use collections.

3) Check out the Developer's Corner subforum for a lists of hacks and information about them.

Welcome to the forum!
