Here's a recipe for the Tor Short Stories archive. The recipe uses a state file to determine when an article has been downloaded and when it needs to be re-downloaded (because of some change) so it's advised to leave oldest_article and max_articles_per_feed to quite large values if you want to start by fetching all of the available Tor short stories.
