Hopefully someone can help me with this issue

I just bought my Glo 7 days ago (received it 4 days ago) and I am having some issues.

Whenever I turn it on from a sleep or being powered off, it does a restoration and I have to do the install again, and when I do that when I eject it it returns to restoration and whenever it is finished and I try to turn it on again, restoration.

Basically any time I turn it on it goes to restoration :/

Am I doing something wrong or do I have a buggy device?

It did this even the first time I turned it on and first time I plugged it into my computer with the USB :/
