Pretty much every time I visit my family there's tech support to be done. My favorite is when my dad calls and says, "A window came up and I hit ok and now it doesn't work." *sigh* He's not stupid. He's actually quite intelligent yet somehow when it comes to computers, it's like something in him shorts out.
