But the problem is if we help you, we are also helping those who would tether 3G, using too much bandwidth, and forcing amazon to terminate our free 3G access on K3 and earlier... We do not want to risk that.
So if it is worth the effort of learning linux skills to do this yourself, go for it. Reread my posts above for hints where to find such information to tell you what linux skills are most needed to accomplish your goal.
Or... just get a cheap USB wifi stick for your computer that lacks wifi. Plug and play, and no greasy script kiddie stuff needed... Why do things the hard way just to save a few dollars?
