That is what Amazon's email said. I am hoping that they just put the money into your account as a credit that you can use for anything but it is possible that it will be restricted to e-books.

I think I have around 200 books that will receive a credit, with the lowest rate being $1 that would give me $200 in credit. I know that some of those books are on best seller lists so the total is likely going to be closer to $300 or more. I have not taken the time to go through the list to figure out the Publisher for each book so I am not certain about things but I expect a decent amount of cash.

The original return was not so much that I thought the check option was worth it. The pay out has gone up since then and I am kicking myself for not asking for the check. I want my Breville Tea Maker damn it.
